All creative work produced by Apex Imaging is protected under copyright law unless otherwise stated in writing. Usage rights for any delivered content are defined within the signed client agreement. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Apex Imaging retains the right to use all created content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes across various platforms. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter the content beyond agreed terms without written consent.

 

Project timelines vary depending on scope, but larger projects typically have a turnaround time of one to two weeks unless otherwise discussed. While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technical issues, or production constraints. In such cases, we will communicate updates and may conduct status check-ins to keep clients informed throughout the process.

Drone and aerial services are subject to local regulations, environmental conditions, and safety considerations. Certain limitations may apply, and all responsibilities and liabilities specific to these services are outlined in the client agreement associated with each project.

As we expand into offering digital and physical products, additional terms may apply to those purchases, including policies related to returns, refunds, and usage. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update product offerings at any time without prior notice.

Apex Imaging is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. This includes delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or equipment issues, as well as any misuse of delivered content by the client. Our total liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
